About us

Greenvesco is an umbrella organization uniting a number of agro-related and food production businesses in Lithuania and the Baltic states. In some cases it acts as a shareholder, provides strategic guidance and management support for its subsidiaries, which act as operating and asset companies. Greenvesco was created in 2010 by the way of merger of several agro businesses, most of which were born as spin-offs from the two publicly listed agro companies in Lithuania.
